Buddha’s Birthday Celebration Ceremony at Chung Tai Zen Center, Sunnyvale

Over 3,000 years ago, the great compassionate Buddha came to this world to awaken our Buddha nature. To celebrate the Buddha’s Birthday, the Zen Center will hold a “Bathing the Buddha” Ceremony on Sunday, May 20, at 11 a.m. By bathing the baby Buddha, it is meant for us to clean the impurities from our minds so as to manifest the Buddha within.
We invite you, your family, and friends to join us in this memorable event and dedicate the merits to peace and harmony in every part of the world. May we all realize our inherent purity and infinite potential.
