The fair provides services to needy, homeless, underserved and/or uninsured families. Services include medical, vision, and dental screening as well as care and care referrals.  We are grateful to the following organizations for their generous contributions: El Camino Medical Foundation, Health Trust, and UFCW Local 5.

The primary purpose and overriding goal of the Healthy Living Health Fair 2018, as with our past twelve health fairs, is to provide needed healthcare screening and educational information to a large population of low-income, multi-ethnic, medically underserved people.  Our focus is prevention through education and enhanced awareness, early detection of chronic and ultimately life-threatening diseases, and health promotion.

This year we will be returning to Sacred Heart Community Service in San Jose. (1381 S. 1st Street San Jose).
