Congregation Shir Hadash is partnering with Sacred Heart Community Service, Tzu Chi Buddhist Foundation, the Lions Club, the Vision Service Plan, OnSite Dental, O’Connor Hospital, Santa Clara County Dental Society and Santa Clara County Optometric Society to once again offer a free community health fair.
