Pakistani Flag Raising
The Santa Clara County Supervisors have been raising the Pakistani flag for the past 4 years at the request of American Muslim Voice Foundation. It is a proud moment to experience our homeland’s (Pakistani) flag raised side by side with our adopted home America’s flag.
American Muslim Voice urges all of you to be a part of this beautiful ceremony.
Flag raising will be sharp at 5:10. Please be there at 5:00 so you do not miss that.

Dave Cortese, President of the Board of Supervisors, Hamid Asghar Khan, Consul General of Pakistan and all Pakistani Americans are hosts for the 3rd annual Flag Raising event
Please invite someone who does not look like you to come, because it is a good opportunity to sow the seeds of new friendships and share some positive things about the country of our origin, heritage and where we have our roots.
