Show of Solidarity for Evergreen Mosque
Several community groups are planning a silent, peaceful show of solidarity outside the Evergreen Islamic Center this Friday, December 2, from 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm, during their Friday afternoon prayer service. The community usually starts arriving around 1:00, and the service ends around 2:00. Participants are encouraged to bring signs showing support (eg. Interfaith Iftar at Islamic Center
Peace and Blessings of Holy Month of Ramadan! Come join the Evergreen Islamic Center for our Interfaith iftar (the rbeaking of the fast) as Muslims all over the world go through spiritual purification and seek close relation with the Creator through fasting, charity, self-restraint and other acts of prayer and dedication.
